Fern asked:
I ma in the airbrushing t shirts business and So far ive created my own characters and Sayings. I want to airbrush famous characters to help bring in more income. Example would be maybe a caricature of a famous person or famous cartoon. If I myself redraw and paint them on shirts, Can I be sued?

Disney may like you to market their images. If you sell them correctly on the Idea you would be a licenced agent thereby giving you more credibility in the public’s eye. If you start selling them and they find out that you are making money off their products you will have a problem you will not win.
The short answer is Yes.
